The Investment Requirements & Procedures

In order to qualify and apply for the citizenship program, you must purchase property with a minimum worth of USD 400,000. It could be a single or multiple properties. Shop, Apartment, building, or/ and house.

The property will be evaluated by an expert report done by appointing any of the expert evaluation firms approved by the government. The value of the property or properties should be more than USD 400,000 according to the expert report.

In case a mortgage is involved, the mortgage value is deducted from the value in the expert report, and the remaining amount will be taken into consideration.

The property/ properties acquired for the purpose of citizenship program, cannot be sold for at least 3 years in order for the citizenship not to be revoked. This clause of commitment is mentioned in the notarized sale contract.

The payment to the seller is done through banks, as a proof of purchase, and that the payment was done by transfer from the buyer's account to the seller's.

Finally an application for citizenship is sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, The General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, Director of Foreigners Affairs Department, through the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Land Registry Office, by your Consultant's appointed Lawyer.
